Job Description

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next challengeDo you have previous property experienceIf so we may have the role for you.Our client, a centrally located firm who pride themselves on providing a high quality, responsive and tailored service, have openings for Legal Secretaries to join their busy Residential and Commercial Property teams.You will join an integral team of legal secretaries supporting fee earners with mixed property caseloads, providing administrative support on conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post completion and assisting with the management of theirday-to day workload.Duties include:

  • Administrative support: Manage diary, arrange meetings, travel, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General assistance: Manage client interactions, oversee incoming communications, update client information, and provide assistance as needed drafting and filing documentation.
  • Billing support: Assist fee earners with the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal contacts on behalf of the team.
  • Financial reporting: Track expenses and maintain financial dashboards.
The role is fully office based, Monday to Friday from our clients’ offices in the heart of Sevenoaks, you are a short walk from the train station.
