Job Description

Here at FM Conway, we pride ourselves on our innovative self-delivery model and our In House Recruitment team contribute to the success of this approach.We are looking for a Internal Recruitment Consultant to join the team based at our prestigious office in Sevenoaks, which boasts a beautiful, green environment and on site facilities that include a restaurant, free gym and free parking.The Internal Recruitment Consultant RoleReporting to the Recruitment Manager, your role will be to provide a high quality talent acquisition service to our internal divisions which include Civil Engineering, Highway Maintenance, Bridges and Structures and our sister company Conway Aecom.Responsibilities of our Internal Recruitment Consultant

  • Working collaboratively with a number of key hiring managers at various levels within the business to understand the divisions recruitment requirements.
  • Spending time on site, shadowing existing employees, analysing job roles to endeavour to create job descriptions and high quality, effective job adverts.
  • Proactively sourcing, headhunting and managing suitable applicants.
  • Organising and scheduling interviews through the applicant tracking system.
  • Attending interviews when possible to provide selection assistance to hiring managers.
  • Contributing to the teams planned events such as careers fairs.
  • Providing monthly reports to the Recruitment Manager on the number of hires that have been made.
  • Formally communicating feedback to applicants and giving prospective employees verbal offers of employment.
  • Supporting new employees into the business by providing guidance around our on boarding process.
  • Approaching all tasks with a innovate manner. Creativity and inventiveness are highly welcomed.
    • What we’re looking for in our Internal Recruitment Consultant We are searching for a professional individual with previous experience within a recruitment environment, plus the knowledge of managing all aspects of vacancy from start to finish. You will have a sparkling personality with a strong ability to communicate with people across different levels of the business.As our Recruitment Officer you will provide one of the first impressions of FM Conway and therefore it is important that you have a strong customer focus and that you are driven to provide a high quality experience to all applicants and hiring managers.
