Job Description

Are you a finance professional with great attention to detail, looking to embark on an exciting project role Does working in a multi-faceted organisation undergoing a period of change excite you Are you available to start a new role on short noticeRobertson Bell are working with an organisation based in Sevenoaks to recruit an interim reconciliations accountant for six-week contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an exciting short-term role. The main responsibilities include.

  • Working though a backlog of bank reconciliations, ensuring different accounts are reconciled accurately.
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations and processing journals maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy.
  • Producing a detailed handover for when the permanent employee starts the role.
This role is based in Sevenoaks but offered on a hybrid basis with twice per week spent in the office with the remainder of time spent working from home. The right person for this role:
  • Will have experience performing bank and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Be a self-starter that can work to their own initiative.
  • Be able to start on short notice.
