The current engineering manager is looking to retire immanently so they are looking for someone to fill the shoes.You will be responsible for the overall management of the engineering department including; overseeing staff members, recruitment, managing budgets & KPIs, promoting health and safety and hands on engineering amongst other things.This role would suit an experienced engineering manager or a highly skilled supervisor looking to take the step up into management.
