Job Description

A diligent Credit Control professional is required for a national organisation. The role is based in Sevenoaks and will be a part of the Accounting & Finance team.Client DetailsThis is a reputable organisation with a sizeable team. The organisation is known for its commitment to making a difference in the community and has a solid reputation in the industry.Description

  • Managing the sales ledger and ensuring timely receipt of payments
  • Conducting credit checks on new clients and managing credit limits
  • Resolving client queries related to invoices and payments
  • Preparing monthly reports on the status of outstanding payments
  • Liaising with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts
  • Implementing and improving credit control procedures
  • Supporting other members of the Accounting & Finance team as required
ProfileA successful Credit Control should have:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Experience in Credit Control or a similar role in the Accounting & Finance department
  • A strong understanding of finance systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
Job Offer
  • An hourly rate of £14.40 - £17.60
