Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a coordinator with strong communication and organisational skills to become a key part of the companys Maintenance Planning and Compliance Department, which ensures all planned works are planned in correctly and completedwithin target. This includes the organising of both operatives and sub-contractors whilst working alongside other teams ensuring all compliance paperwork/certificates are up to date. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team developing newprocesses and have the opportunity to grow within the department.Free parking!Key Responsibilities for the Coordinator:

  • Book planned service visits with sub-contractors, engineers and site contacts
  • Develop working relationship with Operations team to manage changes to schedules to accommodate non planned tasks
  • Coordinate required changes to schedules through holiday and sickness absence
  • Administration of electronic and paper logbooks
  • Help to review current processes, define best practice guides and implement to ensure efficiency and high quality of service provided
  • Review engineering schedules by department and discipline
  • Update scheduling database and maintain in line with contract changes
  • CAFM administration of compliance paperwork including setting up of new contracts and ongoing management of clients accounts
  • Administration of contract performance measurement against KPI targets
  • Administration of annual Accreditation renewals
Skills and Qualities for the Coordinator:
  • Experience in scheduling within the service industry
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Experience working with CAFM system, preferably Elogbooks
  • Organised with a good attention to detail
  • Good literacy and numeric skills
  • Confident telephone communicator
  • Able to work in a varied and sometimes pressurised environment
  • Willing to visit other branches from time to time
  • Work on an alternating rota9am5.00pm or 7.30am3.30pm with 1 hour lunch
