We are currently working with a leading property maintenance company based in Sevenoaks.Due to ongoing growth they are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Installation Contract Manager to join their established team.The Contract Manager will be responsible for a number of commercial/domestic heating contracts for both private and social clients. They will be responsible for the management of the delivery of projects from start through to completion.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience at Contract Management level within a technical environment, knowledge and an ability to refer to application industry standards such as Gas Safe, IGEM, British Standards, CIBSE and an understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, a minimum of 3 years experience in the commercial gas sector, experience managing contracts delivering technical services, strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead with clients and sub-contractors.This is an excellent opportunity that would suit an experienced Commercial/Domestic Gas Installation Contract Manager who holds relevant and current gas qualifications. The business can offer ongoing development coupled with a competitive salary and benefits package including company car/allowance, mobile, 28 days holiday including bank holidays and company pension.
