Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to join a dynamic and reputable accountancy firm TN Recruits Accounts are working on an excellent opportunity for a versatile Business Support Administrator to join this thriving businessand to play a pivotal role in supporting their team.With a well-established client base and reputation, this firm are committed to delivering a highly personalised and customised service and pride themselves on their client centric approach and in building lasting client relationships.The team are highly collaborative, friendly and supportive and get along very well with regular company social events.The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks, including:* Diary management and PA for the firms directors.* Dealing with income and outgoing post, ensuring post is filed and processed appropriated.* Answering phones* Front of house duties such as greeting clients on arrival* Assisting with outwards communications such as marketing, mail merges for clients compliance and payment reminders for taxes, sending documents for signature* Assistance with the onboarding of prospective clients, such as sending proposals, organising meetings, follow-ups and our due diligence processes.* Office management work such as organising team events (staff parties, expos and networking events) and office compliance such as fire risk assessments and health & safety compliance.* Company secretarial services such as confirmation statements, dormant accounts and filing client updates at Companies House.* Arranging of the return of client records.* Assistance with the companys marketing such as idea sharing for social media and marketing plans and research on target and ideal clients to work with.* Other general admin work.They are seeking someone ideally with experience providing support within an accountancy firm, or within the financial services sector. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a high degree of professionalism and confidentialityand exceptional attention to detail.
