Business AnalystA leading Global consultancy is currently seeking a Business Analyst to assume a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency and organization. The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skill set and attributes, including problem-solving abilities,a logical mindset, determination, and a passion for learning.As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their business requirements, evaluate existing processes, and develop and implement solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities willinvolve eliciting, documenting, and validating project and service requirements, serving as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout project cycles. Leveraging your analyticalskills, business acumen, and understanding of legal sector technologies, you will deliver outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings to understand and analyze business needs and challenges.- Creating precise documentation of business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.- Reviewing and validating requirements with clients and stakeholders, effectively managing any arising changes or issues.- Collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and test cases.- Assisting in testing, deployment, and training activities for projects and services.- Providing ongoing support and feedback to clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.- Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in the legal sector and associated technologies.Desired Skills and Experience:- Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, project management, or consulting within the legal sector or similar industries.- Proficiency in utilizing various business analysis tools and techniques, including SWOT analysis, process mapping, data modeling, and business case development.- Familiarity with key legal technologies and applications such as Elite, Intapp, NetDocs, and iManage.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences and stakeholders.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, enabling the identification and evaluation of diverse options and solutions.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.- Genuine interest in the legal sector, its trends, and advancements, coupled with a willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging technologies.Salary: £38k - £55k depending on experience + Benefits and Bonus.
