Job Description

Currently representing a RIBA Chartered architectural practice who are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their growing office based in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to build and develop theircareer within a talented, well-established team. Architectural Technologist Position Overview
  • Collate technical information
  • Produce all information necessary to submit applications to all relevant statutory authorities
  • Liaise with Clients
  • Work with the Contractor for Design & Build projects
  • Prepare and present detailed design proposals
  • Manage internal project teams (subject to seniority)
  • Prepare specifications for construction work
  • Prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
  • Attend Design Team Meetings and Co-ordination meetings
  • Contribute to design-stage risk assessments
Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
  • Minimum 1 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
  • Knowledge of ArchiCAD beneficial, although not essential
  • Live within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks
  • Car / Vehicle and Full Driving License
  • Motivated individual
