A Lovely role, set in the heart of Sevenoaks, beautiful offices working within a friendly and supportive team.Duties:- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy-Management of company email inbox and distribution of emails to relevant parties- Proficient IT skills- Audio type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence- Setting up clients on database- Credit controlQualifications:- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role- Proficient in using Google Suite and other computerised systems- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Proficient in typing and data entrySalary up ro 25k + bonus 22 days holiday, and free parkingThis is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in an administrative role.
