Job Description

Immediate need for 15-month contract based south of Norwich. The role is to be the business facing lead finance person to provide detailed support 4 group divisions. This will be achieved by being a natural communicator who understands what the numbersand metrics mean and are able to use this information to communicate in a straightforward manner and is able to influence and support the decision making as part of the divisional management team. Alongside the Group Finance Director, the Group Financial Controller will form part of the Senior Finance Team. With a highly persuasive, engaged and flexible approach you will support the business by providing day to day financial operational and project accounting support for ongoing jobs in addition to working with them to help pull together their respective Forecastsand Budgets to ensure group reporting deadlines are met.In addition, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate monthly management accounting for each division of the business, and you will have dotted line responsibility to the Group Financial Controller in this regard who will have ultimate responsibilityto the group for delivery of the FC Group Accounts by Working Day 6.You will also a critical role in the business in support of continuous process improvement, system development and harnessing your strong inter-personal skills to influence and onboard the team with change.Please contact Joseph for more information.
