Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a Senior QC Analyst to join a pharmaceutical company based in Sedgefield on a permanent basis.The Company: Our client specialise in supporting research, development, manufacture, and licensing of unique and vital pharmaceutical productsBenefits: Competitive salary depending on experience, plus other benefits including 28 days holiday and private medical cover.Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the analysis of pharmaceutical, medical device and nutritional samples
  • Preparing and reviewing analytical documents (e.g., analytical methods, protocols, and reports)
  • Ensuring that GMP principles are adhered to during analytical activities
  • Contributing to the maintenance of all laboratory equipment (performance qualifications and routine maintenance)
  • Supporting analytical method development and validation activities to current ICH standards
Your Background:The successful candidate for this position will have:
  • At least 3 years experience working within an analytical laboratory
  • A strong understanding of some of the analytical techniques commonly used within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., HPLC, GC, dissolution, KF)
  • Hands-on experience with method development and method validation activities associated with these techniques.
  • Familiar with the concepts of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
