Job Description

BlairWest are working with a North East based company that provides market leading software for clients in the energy sector. They have high employee retention and promote career progression actively through training and mentoring.The opportunity:

  • Monitor support tickets, ensuring quality information is captured and tickets are fulfilled against service level agreements and produce monthly statistics.
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
  • Assist users with any IT issues that arise
  • Ensure Anti-Virus definitions are up-to-date and enabled. Ensure windows updates are routinely applied
Youll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:
  • Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Azure AD
  • Windows Server 2012 - 2019 - Installations, Configurations, Refreshes
  • Office 365
  • Hyper V
  • Azure - VMs, Storage, Backups
  • Networking - DNS, DHCP, VLANs
  • Cisco
