The CompanyNigel Wright is delighted to be recruiting a Marketing and Communications Executive for a leading North-East based food manufacturer. This company has gone through exceptional growth and is looking for an office based marketing professional to grow marketingand communications output as the company continues to flourish.The RoleThe Marketing and Communications Executive will lead the daily activities of the marketing team and have a strategic approach all communications with the goal of increasing awareness of products. Main duties include;

• Work collaboratively with other business functions to ensure a joined-up marketing approach
• Create the marketing strategy
• Manage a rolling programme of campaigns - developcreative and exciting campaigns to project brand message
• Evaluate campaign performance and report to the SLT
• Work withexternal marketing support and agencies

The PersonThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a marketing and communications professional. Other key skills include;

• Knowledge of customer profiling and experience in competitor analysis
• Experience in brand marketingand an understanding of how to develop and communicate
• Understanding of the practical application of PR, social media, print management, on and offline marketing, and website management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to write effective copy.
• Hold a relevant marketing qualification or have equivalent experience.

Salary and Working Arrangement

• Salary - Competitive
• Working pattern - 08.45 to17.00 Monday to Friday
• Office based
