The senior leadership team are supportive and work alongside all members of staff to ensure their well being is looked after and their professional development enhanced.The successful candidate would work two days a week covering class to release teachers for PPA, training and subject leader release time. Cover would be predominantly at Seal CE Primary School but once a month one day would be spent at Four Elms School.
