This is a potential work from home opportunity however all applicants must be within a commutable distance to Spectrum Business Park , Seaham. What you will do:You will be responsible for contacting people who have recently travelled to the UK and been asked to complete the mandatory 10-day isolation, offering support and answering any queries they may have.What we expect from you:We expect our Customer Support Agents to be natural chatterboxes, who love talking to people and building rapport! You must also be a great listener, and be attentive to others needs as this role will require you to be empathetic as you advise and reassure customers when they have queries.What we offer our amazing employees:
