Specialising in the supply to the rail sector for 16 years, Hayley Rail provides customers with excellent service from their strategic depots situated in Manchester, Halesowen, Edinburghand West Thurrock.Location: Hayley Seaham, Units D & E, Endeavour Court, Seaham Grange Industrial Estate, Seaham, Country Durham, SR7 0HBWorking Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to FridayPurpose: Projecting a professional company image, encompassing customer communications, providing supply-chain solutions to customer requirementsMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain current and potential client relationships.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.Ensure onsite vending machines are at agreed stock levels and are replenished correctly.Complete scanning and replenishments of all VMI areasEnsure all depots within your remit are completed each day.Complete site auditsEnsure all customer areas controlled by Hayley Group are clean & tidyIdentify & resolve any client concerns.Obtain PODs for all deliveries.Take care of your own safety and that of others.Comply with health & safety procedures and instructions.Not neglect, misuse or damage any equipment provided, in the interest of health & safetyAssist by reporting to Line Manager any hazard, accident, damage or defect so that remedial action may be undertaken.Observe Quality Standard guidelinesAdhere to all company policies & procedures.Undertake other similar duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility for this roleSkills & RequirementsProduct knowledge of engineering consumables and fasteners are desired.Professional level of verbal & written communication skillsGood numerical skillsProficient in basic IT skillsValid driving licenceCustomer focused and driven to provide consistently high levels of service.On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.To apply for this role please send your CV via this jobsite.Please note that your CV will be forwarded to Hayley Group who will be in touch with you directly if they are interested in pursuing your application.
