Our customer focus is based on quality, service and consistency and our service-led ethos is one of the key drivers in the growth of our market share over the past 10 years.We are currently Recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Supreme Concrete site near Sawtry.Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, the role involves administration relating to sales orders, deliveries, complaints and offering exemplary customer service to our customer base.The role would suit an individual who enjoys building relationships with customers and thrives in a high pressured but varied working environment.Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information etc. by telephone and email.
  • Checking of addresses, pricing, discount product and haulage availability.
  • Entry of quotations, sales orders and sample requests using JD Edwards.
  • Liaise with Transport Planning and Factories to obtain lead times for customers.
  • Obtain product knowledge to provide customers with specific information.
  • Prepare credit notes alongside using the Company CRM system.
  • Able to self-motivate during quieter periods.
  • Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Participation in training events which may include travel and overnight stays.
