The A1 Primary Care Network is excited to be recruiting a Nursing Associate to work as part of our progressing PCN. We are looking to secure a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nursing Associate to work alongside and provide complementary skills to our existing clinical and non-clinical PCN team. The Nursing Associate will have a key role in supporting delivery of the new Network Contract DES Service specifications and other local population health initiatives as directed by the Medics Core TeamThe Nursing Associate will work autonomously within the community, using their enhanced clinical assessment and treatment skills.In addition to working within our own Primary Care network, it is essential that this role must build strong and effective working relationships with local community and other key partners.
