Job Description

Lisa Wright Recruitment are recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to work for a company based close to Sawtry, Cambridgeshire. The company are market leaders in their field and offer a friendly team environment.Customer Service Supervisor duties will include:

  • Supervising and co-ordinating a team of Customer Service Advisors
  • Providing training and guidance to the team
  • Prepare and submit management reports
  • Manage customer expectations ensuring queries are completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings and appraisals
    • To be considered for this Customer Service Supervisor role you will need:
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • To be an excellent problem solver
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of reporting tools
  • Numerate - Maths GCSE grade C or above
  • A flexible approach to work
    • The company offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - no weekends!Due to the location of the role, your own transport is essential.
