Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Job Description

Our client based in Deeside is currently looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) on a permanent basis to support the manufacturing site. Duties to include:

• Preventative maintenance, fault finding and diagnostics in reactive breakdown or planned situations.
• Planned preventative maintenance on a variety of production machinery,
• Repairs and installation to electrical apparatus including PLCs, HMIs, Motor drives, temperature controllers and heating circuits.
• Following HSE and company standard practices.
• Electro-mechanical and PLC fault-finding.

What we are looking for in thesuccessfulcandidate:

• Electrical biased with strong mechanical awareness - including hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding.
• Experience working with control panels along with the ability to analyse control panels, wiring diagrams and carry put fault finding
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ideally will have completed an apprenticeship and hold a minimum of ONC in a related discipline (or equivalent)
