Part-Time Data Entry Clerk (Fixed-Term)Reference: JUN20226535Location: RSPB UKHQ - The Lodge, SandySalary: £19,305 - £21,417 Per AnnumDuration: Contract for 12 months, Hours: Part Time for 30 hours per weekWe are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our busy Finance transactions team on a 12-month contract. You will be based at our UK Headquarters in Sandy, working 30 hours a week (08:00 - 16:15 Monday - Thursday). Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager.You will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of invoices, checking and validating of expense claims ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.Duties will include: Keying Invoices Analysis of staff and volunteer expense claims to ensure compliant with policies Validating VAT receipts against expenditure Scanning of purchase ledger invoices Paperwork recovery to support grant claimsEssential skills, knowledge and experience: GCSEs including Maths and English Excellent numerical and IT skills Organised and methodical Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work as part of a teamThe RSPB reserves the right to extend or make this role permanent without further advertising dependent on business needs at the end of the contract term.Closing Date: 23:59, Fri, 22nd Jul 2022InterestedIf you would like to find out more, please click the apply button.
