Job Description

Do you have a flair for AccountsAre you looking for a part-time role of up to 25 hours a weekOA Recruitment are partnering with a Great Gransden based company to recruit for an Accounts Assistant on a part-time, temporary basis.You will be based in the clients offices in Great Gransden and will work 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday.The pay rate for this role is: £13.00ph.Working within a small team environment you will helping to ensure that all accounting business needs are met within required timescales.Duties & responsibilities include:

  • HMRC Process Import and Export DocumentationDuty Deferment / Postponed VAT (PVA)
  • Reconciliation of Company credit cards.
  • Credit control.
  • Job costing entries
  • Raising Ad hoc invoices.
  • General administration, filing, archiving
  • Assist the Financial team where necessary
To be considered for the role you will need to have:
  • Reporting experience
  • Excellent Excel skills (including pivot tables and vlookups)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
