Job Description

Employer description:Leadly are a business focused on generating leads for the finance industry.Overview:Are you a keen PPC enthusiast with a strategic mindset and a track record in managing and growing PPC accountsJoin Leadly as our Paid Search Executive, where you’ll play a critical role in driving the success of our PPC clients at our Maidstone office.Salary:£19,000 - £23,000 per annum.Responsibilities:The Day-to-Day:

  • Paid media implementation: optimising Paid Search campaigns, developing ad copy and conducting A/B tests, keyword research and development
  • Data analysis: auditing new and existing members data and tracking setup, supporting and implementing digital marketing tracking tags and pixels, problem solving
  • Developing and improving automation through: Google Sheets (using functions and app integration), Google Scripts, Zapier and other tools
  • Data Structure and engineering: utilising data from a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio, utilising tools such as Google BigQuery and Supermetrics to store, manage and manipulate data
Strategic Oversight:
  • Be a key player in the PPC department, taking a strategic approach to ensure the achievement of target KPIs and performance objectives of your assigned clients
Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments within multi-channel strategies for your PPC clients
  • Communicate and escalate team requirements and queries to relevant department leads, fostering collaboration and alignment
Agency Success:
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude by going above and beyond, engaging in tasks that contribute to the department and agency’s success
  • Collaborate on agency-wide initiatives and embrace responsibilities that enhance the overall agency environment
What we are looking for:Essential skills / experience:
  • Keen interest in PPC management with an understanding of PPC strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and analytics tools
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Familiarity with emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices in PPC
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Entry requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
