A passion for technology and providing outstanding customer service is essential.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers receivethe best solutions in line with their business needs enabling them totransform and succeed using technology.This will involvediscussingclients requirements and building technical solutions including Azure,M365, Onpremisesandfirewallsjust as an example. These solutions will be complex and varied so a strong and proven technical background is essential.What you will be doing:

  • Workingwiththe teamto deliver technical proposals and sessionsfor clients
  • Assist and lead on the delivery of written technical solutions for clients as initiated by Account Management and Business Development function.
  • Perform site visits and client facing meetings to help support the Account Management and Business Development function with new business leads, solution designs and strategy designs.
  • Continually improve the standards and methodologies for solutions architecture within the business.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes.
    • What we need from you:
  • 2 yearsexperience in a similar role - must be experienced in MSP setting.
  • Strong organization, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • A proven problem solver andinnovate.
  • Able toplan,develop and document complex technical solutions
  • Ability to work to deadlines and project scopes
    • The must-haves:
  • Appropriate Microsoft certifications
  • Appropriate IT architectural certifications
  • Experience of working for a managed IT service provider
  • Experience of administering and supporting latest Microsoft technologies
  • Experience of setting up and maintaining business system networks based on Microsoft technologies including email protocols, DNS, security, DHCP, backup and recovery procedures, etc.
  • Experience in virtualisation technologies and environments
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies and environments, including:MobileDevice Management. Multi Factor Authentication, Intune, Conditional Access
  • Experience in Virtualisation Technologies and Environments
  • Experience of the following systems/applications:,
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems including Windows Server
  • Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Microsoft Office Packages
  • Microsoft Windows Hyper-V
  • Windows Backup Software
  • VMWare Software
  • Hyper-V and VMWare Clusters and VSAN’sExperience of setting up and maintaining Networking equipment wireless solutions and connectivity topologies (switches, firewalls, MPLS routes, VLANs, Meshed wire solutions).
  • Experience of designing and maintaining Co-location technologies and multi-site configurations
  • Knowledge and experience of working withDRaaSsolutions
    • Knowledge and experience of working with these is desirable: other Microsoft technologies, LG and 3CX Phone systems and hosted VoIP systems, vendor delivered SaaS solutions,next generation anti-virus and firewalls, SharePoint, AWS andGCloud/GSuite, ConnectWise., Labtech RMM Required skills
