Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth rollout of parts and products, emphasizing quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
Design (using CAD) and implement lean factory and cell layouts following 5S Standards
Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where required
Provide engineering support for establishing standard times, assembly sequencing, and defining capacity.
Top of Form
Identify and manage opportunities to eliminate process bottlenecks and troubleshoot for relevance

Manufacturing EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experienced within the Engineering / Manufacturing industry
HNC as a minimum
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous improvement manufacturing methodologies
