People are our greatest asset and we only employee the right people, making sure our employees love what they do and always deliver at their best.Lining into the Head of Professional Services you will work as part of a Team to successfully delivery IT projects and provide technical expertise to our customers.The position requires highly skilled individuals who have an ability to provide effective Stakeholder management both internally and externally.You will be responsible for the planning, managing and delivering a range of IT projects, working as part of a Team to successfully delivery IT projects against an agreed budget and timeline and provide technical expertise to our customers.To ensure that all the contractual commitments are delivered against and that the overall service expectation to the customer is exceeded where possible. A customer centric culture is paramount within the Professional Services team.What will you be doing:Successfully deliver projects to the agreed scope within the required time-lines.High commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectivelyEffective communication with the Air IT team.Work with the support teams to ensure successful handover at project completion.Taking ownership of issues escalated from the team.Manage communications, documentation, project metrics, quality, governance, closure and lessons learned to agreed standards throughout the projectManage change as it impacts or potentially impacts the projectAccurately report throughout the project, monitoring progress against plan and recommending corrective actions.What we need from you:Previous Project Manager experience, preferably within an MSP environmentExperience of managing IT Infrastructure and end user device projectsPrince 2 qualifiedExperience of managing multiple, complex client relationshipsThe must haves:Exceptional communication skills and 3rd party management ability.Excellent customer service ethos.Ability to work under pressure and multitask Required skills
