And this is where you come in.Were now looking for a HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Manager to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.The RoleAs a HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management and development of our Human Resource Information Systems, ensuring they meet our operational requirements.Specifically, you will ensure our systems meet our reporting requirements across multiple teams and departments with a focus on scheduled, batch and bespoke reporting as well as trend analysis.Crucially, you will operate as an overall system administrator in all HR systems, as you carry out the set-up, configuration and maintenance of all system background areas. As such, you will take a lead role in implementing system/process changes for businessacquisitions or sales.Key responsibilities:- Fully manage and lead the development and implementation of HR information systems to include People HR, Reward and Recognition and Learning Management systems- Develop HR information systems and processes to drive a self-service model both for managers and staff- Develop the HR Teams MI offering to the business- Ensure delivery of organisational reporting requirements through scheduled, batched and bespoke reporting and trend analysis- Delivery of the departmental reporting schedule, ensuring that information is provided in a timely and accurate manner- Undertake the role of system administrator (super user) in all HR systems.
