And this is where you come in.Were now looking for a HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Manager to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.The RoleAs a HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management and development of our Human Resource Information Systems, ensuring they meet our operational requirements.Specifically, you will ensure our systems meet our reporting requirements across multiple teams and departments with a focus on scheduled, batch and bespoke reporting as well as trend analysis.Crucially, you will operate as an overall system administrator in all HR systems, as you carry out the set-up, configuration and maintenance of all system background areas. As such, you will take a lead role in implementing system/process changes for businessacquisitions or sales.Key responsibilities:- Fully manage and lead the development and implementation of HR information systems to include People HR, Reward and Recognition and Learning Management systems- Develop HR information systems and processes to drive a self-service model both for managers and staff- Develop the HR Teams MI offering to the business- Ensure delivery of organisational reporting requirements through scheduled, batched and bespoke reporting and trend analysis- Delivery of the departmental reporting schedule, ensuring that information is provided in a timely and accurate manner- Undertake the role of system administrator (super user) in all HR systems. Carry out the set-up, configuration, and maintenance of all system background areas, such as Business Process, Security, Profiles and Reporting- Designing, producing and analysing HR management information using Excel and other reporting tools for senior stakeholders- Organisational structural management and reporting- Design manuals and document data processing procedures- Collaborate with our internal IT team to drive process efficiencies and upgrades to our HRIS- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations- Vendor management and research- Review supplier system release notes for standard changes and useful enhancements, communicate these in a timely fashion to all key stakeholders- To be a super-user of the HR systems, acting as the first point of contact for any queries and training- Take a lead role in implementing system/ process changes & people data for business acquisitions/ sales- Provide support for company audits - co-ordinate gathering the evidence as requested in a timely mannerThe Benefits- Attractive remuneration packages (we prefer to talk face-to-face about your needs)- Benefits such as health insurance, tiered pension, childcare vouchers and mileage allowance- Perks including quarterly and annual staff awards, funded social events, referral bonuses, green travel scheme, discounted broadband, subsidised gym membership and complimentary sports tickets- Excellent learning and development opportunities- A focus on health, wellbeing, inclusivity and diversity- Hybrid and flexible working forming the keystones of our future workingWe are a team that radiates strength, constantly evolving ready for the next phase in our evolution.
