An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager / Director to join a forward thinking company in Saltash.Job Duties * Develop, implement and maintain a strategic commercial framework / pricing strategies.* Creation, implementation and management of the marketing plan and activities. Covering SEO, PPC, Social Media, UX, content management, product photography and videography. * Champion the ongoing development of our websites. * Strategic management and development of key web partners covering programming, development and site maintenance. * Implement and oversee the management of departmental and cross departmental KPIs and other day to-day objectives. * Management and development of key customer accounts. * New product development, life cycle managementJob Requirements:* 5 years progressive experience in Sales and Marketing management * Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.* An e-commerce expert with extensive knowledge of PPC, SEO and analytics. * Background in product development and product lifecycle management * A strong senior manager with the confidence and knowledge to challenge the status quo.* Ability to identify processes needing improvement, and to recommend and embed those solutions.* Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Windows-based and Mac based Benefits* Salary: to be confirmed * Pension contribution: 6% * Death in service * 25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAcorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
