To support the growth of their specialist production team, we are recruiting for a full time Production Team Leader. Thiswill be someone who has a high level of resilience with the ability to implement change and who can motivate and manage a team of highly skilled technicians as the business continues to take on new orders throughout 2022 and beyond.The people youll be responsible for are a crack team of engineering and manufacturing specialists with many years worth of experience under their belt. As the team lead, your job will be to focus on the people, providing clear direction on productivity, establishingprocesses and procedures whilst driving change on the shop floor where necessary.
