UX/UI DesignerUp to £70kSalford QuaysUX/UI Designer, hybrid or fully remote working, international company, product design, website design, user research, health insurance, car allowance, flexible working times.We are seeking a senior UX Designer to work either hybrid or fully remotely joining an international financial company to work across a massive range of Web design and Product UX/UI campaigns.Established over 25 years and with offices across 11 European countries, youll have the chance to join a prestigious modern Fintech company with User Centred Design at their core.Role specification:-Oversee all digital design projects, from conception to delivery-Work collaboratively in a cross functional team to deliver a customer centric -experience on our websites and other digital media-Champion quality design and address customer needs within the Digital Product Team-Work hand-in-hand with Product Owners, Researchers, other Designers, Technical/Development teams and internal and external stakeholders through each stage of the design process-Develop innovative ideas, designs and propositions to engage with our users-Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software-Be self organising and capable of working on multiple projects at once-Engage with a program of ongoing iteration and improvements to enhance the product journey and to deliver commercial objectivesRequirements: -Experience in a UX and UI Design role for 5 years minimum-Have a proven track record working on customer focused design projects-Experience in planning, running and analysing findings from design/customer experience workshops-Working knowledge of Invision, Marvel or similar for the creation of working prototypes-Experience using Adobe Create Suite, Sketch, Axure, Lucidchart, Omnigraffle or equivalent-Experience designing for A/B and multivariate testing process, experience in using Hotjar, Userzoom, Lookback or equivalent-Knowledge and experience of designing and coding for email campaigns-Strong theoretical and practical user-centred design skills-Experience of working in cross functional agile teams-Understanding and experience of working with and maintaining pattern/component libraries contributing to a consistent design languageOverall, this is a very unique position to join an established and growing international Fintech seeking a UX/UI Designer to work hybrid or fully remotely and have a great wealth of employee benefits!Please apply asap with your CV and Portfolio of wireframes, prototypes and UI.
