SQL DeveloperSalford/Remote (2-3 days on site)6 months+£510-560 per day (Inside IR35)A SQL Developer is required for our client based in Salford. The successful candidate will join a project team that can produce functions and procedures using common coding such as T-SQL & PL/SQL. There are a couple of vacancies- one will be writing codeto undertake a number of data management tasks on live production SQL platforms. The other will be writing code to extract from multiple live production systems, real-time data to support the creation of system performance and scalability metrics. The datais to be extracted from databases and log files, it may then be transformed into aggregates, and loaded into an SQL server database to be made available to stakeholders using Microsoft data visualisation tools.You will be working in a MS Windows / SQL platform environment. The role will also require the writing of technical documentation, and working collaboratively with technical colleagues on a day to day basis. This will include the peer review of colleagueswork, suggesting improvements and enhancements, and undertaking the testing of project deliverables.As the role requires working with sensitive data, you will be required to undergo security clearance checks, and also a DBS criminal record check.Skills/Technologies Strong experience of T-SQL, PL/SQL Knowledge of SSIS & SSRS Powershell scripting Data analytics Any experience with AWS and database admin would be beneficial Self starter and diligent approach
