Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Joiner to join our team, based in Salford. We’re proud to employ the most talented, driven individuals within the property services sector.Responsibilities for this Joiner role are:Repair/ renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/ fit soffits fascia and barge boardsRepair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, stud work and partition wallsT and G or sheet flooringRepair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panellingRepair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesRepair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair/ renew timber and UPVC window framesDeglaze/ reglaze timber fencing and gatesMaintain and replenish vehicle impress stockWhat we are looking for in our ideal Joiner:Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).Experience of working as a Joiner with any experience gained within a social housing environment would be advantageous. Competent in all aspects of joinery trade discipline and withexperience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments. A background of general joinery and carpentry work and be able to work in confined spaces. A current driving licenceis essential.
