Urbanbubble have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Community Manager to join their team in Manchester. You will ensure the smooth running of the building and that all the resident services are carried out to a high standard and are delivered timely, accurately and in a cost effective manner. You will act as the face of the development for the residents, managing the team and enhancing the overall customer experience.Responsibilities as our Senior Community Manager:- From the very first point of contact, the entire customer experience will be designed around delivering exceptional customer service, which is built on providing convenience and choice regarding how the customer wishes to interact- Manage the budget account for the building, ensuring the operation is run both efficiently and effectively- Maximising income – ensure occupancy absorption rates are met in line with targets; rents are collected on time and ancillary income targets are met- Minimise costs and contain gross to net leakage by effective operational management and 3rd party procurement- Prepare and maintain budget on behalf of urbanbubble and the client- Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective creating a seamless experience to convert prospects into residents- Ensure the move-in, renewals and move-out processes are as simple and stress free as possible for both the customer and the on-site team- Run a legally and regulatory compliant building at all times- Oversee the management of the building fabric including management of the facilities team who are employed to maintain and clean the common areas of the property- Ensure all Health and Safety matters are inspected, monitored and actioned appropriatelyWhat we’re looking for in Senior Community Manager:Qualifications required:- ARLA qualification (or working towards)- First Aid- Health & SafetyExperience required:- Can effectively manage and lead the team and to provide the customers with consistently efficient and high quality services- Experience of delivering and sustaining high quality customer service- Can provide and present performance and relevant business reports as required by the Head of PRS- Lead on the effective management of Health and Safety to ensure the highest standards are achieved- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systemsSkills/Knowledge required:- First-class communication skills, both verbal and written, together with strong listening skills- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines and support the team to prioritise work, within a busy environment- Effective analytical and decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, whilst respecting internal policies and external legislation and regulation- Industry specific knowledge, built up through experience of lettings or property management- Knowledgeable in relevant regulations, legislation, guidance and best practiceUrbanbubble requires people who are professional, hardworking, innovative, passionate; who are effective in their roles and who truly engage with the customer.If you believe you are the right candidate for the role as our Senior Community Manager,then please click ‘apply’ now!
