Job Description

Job Title: SAP Systems AnalystLocation: ManchesterJob Type: Full-TimeAre you an experienced SAP Systems Analyst looking for a new challenge Do you have a passion for optimizing business processes and enhancing system functionalities Join this dynamic team at and contribute to our success by leveraging your expertisein SAP systems analysis.Job Overview:As the SAP Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in the organization by providing comprehensive support to SAP users and ensuring the maintenance of SAP roles within the SAP S4/Hana ERP system and SAP GRC. Reporting directly to the Head of SAP Operations,you will contribute to the enhancement of security, accuracy, and integrity across our core SAP support processes and systems.Responsibilities:

  • Perform SAP role maintenance and user creation in both the front end and back end of the S/4 HANA system.
  • Support business process owners by effectively managing and taking ownership of AMS Ticket Management, including activities such as ticket raising, updating, and escalation to the appropriate individuals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external audits, assisting in gathering evidence and responding to audit queries in a timely manner.
  • Run monthly SOX controls across S/4 HANA, HANA DB, and GRC systems to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate and implement change control requests for SAP starters, movers, and leavers, ensuring proper authorization and security protocols are followed.
  • Resolve and provide technical support for any SAP Authorization queries, addressing user access issues and maintaining the integrity of the system.
  • Maintain the purchase requisition and purchase order approval matrices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for efficient procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and S/4 HANA environments.
  • Proficiency in dealing with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and addressing audit requirements.
  • Familiarity with IT risk and controls, understanding their importance in maintaining a secure and reliable SAP environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing its features to effectively analyze and manipulate data.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of SAP systems analysis and maintenance.
