As our Relationship Manager, you will manage the client portfolio through periodic reviews, analysis of Management Information and compliance with client operating conditions.You willeffectively manage Risk in accordance with the BFS Global Risk Framework.Your responsibilities as our Relationship Manager will include:
  • Obtaining all documentation from clients to fulfil operating conditions
  • Reviewing all documentation obtained to ensure a full understanding of clients risk profile
  • Managingexcellent client service through good communication with Credit Control / Service Centre and Relationship Executive
  • Managing Risk through good communication with Credit Control / Service Centre and Relationship Executive
  • Seekingnew opportunities for BFS by proactively managing the client relationship
  • Ensuringthe meeting of client needs through good communication via email, face to face, telephone etc.
  • Ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for the client by adhering to the BFS Onboarding Process
  • Developingand maintainingits own network of business connections in the local area to enhance BFS reputation and opportunity identification
  • Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training
What we are looking for in our ideal Relationship Manager:
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience inRisk management in a financial services environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Experience in Relationship management
  • Financial understanding
  • UK ABFA Certificate
  • Full driving licence
  • IT skills/familiarity with CRM and risk management systems
