We have an excellent brand in the industry, have 13 office UK wide and 90% of our work is repeat business.We are a diverse team that come from different backgrounds and will be able to support you in your career development.We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our incredibly successful team at our office in Manchester, The Mill, Salford to assist our consultants in managing contractors.About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our payroll team as a Payroll Administrator at Vital Human resources.Responsibilities:

  • Payrolling candidates on a weekly basis
  • Chasing up orders and timesheets
  • Liaising with Clients and Candidates daily
  • Planning workers shifts on a bespoke system
  • Assisting with purchasing, post, booking hotels etc
  • Liaising with various internal and external departments
  • Ad Hoc Admin duties
Candidate Requirements: Due to the scope of this position, we are looking for candidates who have a background in payroll administration. Relevant experience include:
  • Dealing with high volume of data
  • Working knowledge of payroll software
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualification:
  • GCSEs or their equivalent, including maths and English
