Job Description

Salary: Basic Salary £31,000 - £36, 000 per annum (dependent on experience) Plus OTE Bonus on Company Scheme Plus Additional Benefits including (Van + Fuel card)Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Passive Fire (FRA) Maintenance Joiner to join our team, based in the North West region (Salford). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, youwill receive a competitive salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum Plus Company Van Plus Benefits.A great opportunity to join a thriving, established company looking to expand further within Fire Stopping Passive Fire Maintenance. Offering a permanent position with security, progression and training for the right candidate.As our Passive Fire (FRA) Maintenance Joiner, you will carry out Fire Safety Inspections and Preventative Maintenance work on behalf of several social housing clients.Responsibilities of the Passive Fire (FRA) Maintenance Joiner are:

  • Carry out general Fire Safety Inspections
  • Complete Passive Fire (FRA) maintenance works
  • Complete Fire Stopping/Fire Door maintenance
  • Appraise predefined works and escalate as required to ensure compliance is met
  • Understanding of general building maintenance work within Multiple Occupancy properties
  • Appropriate use of all materials, tools and resources to ensure compliance standards are met
  • Ensure Health and Safety Fire Safety Regulations are met as well as best practice standards
  • Undertaking any ongoing training necessary for the role
  • Ensure all work is evidenced through Mobile Applications
What we are looking for in our ideal Passive Fire (FRA) Maintenance JoinerQualification in Fire Safety Maintenance and a Valid CSCS Card are essential for the role. BMTRADA and FIRAS desirable but not essential. Any experience gained within a social housing environment would also be beneficial.Benefits we offerThe role offers;
