Gray Healthcare is lookingfor an experienced Male Support Worker to join their team in Salford, supporting a gentleman with an ABI and complex needs.We are looking for experienced Support Workers for this team who have a manual driving licence to drive the mobility vehicle.You will be able to manage difficult situations calmly and work within agreed evidence based PBS plans. You be able to complete good quality support records, detailing the activities of daily living. You will need to be resilient, emotionally, and physicallyfit to do this role.We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within ABI, Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Mental Health.You will have an interest, motivation and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within GrayHealthcare.
