Fantastic opportunity for a recent finance graduate to gain their first steps into their accounting career within a reputable business located in the Salford area. The role offers exposure for the graduate credit controller to the inner workings of globalIT businesses finance department.You as the graduate credit controller will report into the Head of Collections, and will be responsible for supporting the wider finance team.Your responsibilities will include:* Responsible for all commercial and domestic collections activities for all services across the portfolio in order to mitigate any bad debt risks.* Work within an existing skilled team to promote great customer interactions and outcomes* To deliver a flexible approach in order to manage and switch between outbound dialling through the dialler as well as inbound telephony demand from customers in relation to all Businesses* Provide solutions to collections enquiries such as cash collection, customer correspondence, Direct Debit applications, disconnections, copy invoices and debt recovery reminder letters etc* Support in Identifying and preparing accounts to be passed to external Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs).To be considered for this role:
