Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join our team, based in the North West region (Greater Manchester). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salaryof £29,140.80 basic but can achieve £45k Plus (OTE) Plus Company Van Plus Benefits.The strength of our organisation lies in the quality of the people we work with. Liberty is passionate abouthousing maintenance and development, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for this Electrician will include:Carry out testing and inspection EICR`sInstallation, maintenance and servicing in domestic propertiesRepair/ replace electrical fittingsTrace, diagnose and rectify all Code C1 and C2 faultsRecord C3 observations on CertificationCarry out routine safety checks on all equipmentMaintain and replenish vehicle impress stockWire up and fit boiler accessories inc stays timer. Produce minor works.What we are looking for in our ideal Electrician:Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, installation, Minor Works & PeriodicTesting of Domestic properties & commercial Installations,Have knowledge/experience of completing certification (niceic online),owning a full set of tools and will ideally have experience ofworking within a social housing environment.EICR and boiler installation experience would be advantageous.NVQ Level 3, 2391 or equivalent AM2, 18th Edition regs, Electrotechnical qualification Essential. Qualifications to achieve an ECS Gold Card are desirable (graded at Installation/ Maintenance Level).
