Job Description

Were on the lookout for experienced Call Centre Agents who want to take their next step and work for one of Salfords well established Law firms.The successful applicant will have bags of enthusiasm and energy alongside being hugely customer service focused. The role will be 75% inbound, 25% outbound.The bulk of your work will involve talking to prospects and customers about the companys ability to recover mis-sold financial products.Our client can offer £18,000 basic. Added incentives include a commission structure that should see you earn an additional £800-£2,000 per month, making this an extremely lucrative opportunity for the right person.Your typical day will look like this

  • Inbound calls from customers regarding their claims
  • Outbound sales calls to prospects
  • Offer advice and guidance on the services offered
  • General administration

  • Communication - its a phone based role in a competitive market - youll have the ability to engage and captivate customers immediately with your enthusiasm
  • Confidence - its a sales based role - confidence is key to sell our clients services
  • Resilience - youll get knocked back from time to time, thats part of sales - we want people who can bounce back right away
Experience wise
  • Call centre experience (essential)
  • Working with mis-sold financial products (desirable)
The nitty gritty
  • Permanent
  • Monday to Friday / 11am - 7pm (Friday 2pm finish)
  • Office based (Salford - M7)
