Key qualifications encompass ACCA or ACA certification, audit proficiency, and a track record in leadership.   • Lead weekly team meetings to address client deadlines, workloads, and billing targets.
  • Engage in client meetings to nurture strong relationships and secure new business.
  • Review accounts, offering constructive feedback to team members.
  • Support the Audit Partner with effective supervision and team training.
  • Manage supervisory duties and contribute to team development through regular assessments, on- the-job training, and educational support.
  • Initiate the creation and management of your client portfolio.
  • Promote optimal practices and boost efficiency within the audit team.
  • Professionally plan and execute audits, ensuring comprehensive file completion.
Requirements:
  • ACCA or ACA certified.
  • Expertise in UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Previous managerial or team leadership roles
  • Effective client interaction at all levels
  • Competence in planning and leading audits end-to-end
  • Proactive work approach and thrive under pressure.
