My client is a rapidly growing property company based in Sale. Due to continued growth they are recruiting this newly created position into their vibrant and expanding finance team, this is an excellent opportunity for a people manager to continue developingtheir skills and experience with a company that can offer fantastic scope for progression. As a Transactional Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all staff who are responsible for the various transactional duties within the business. This will include all aspects of the purchase and sales ledger, payments, rental income, reconciliationsand expenses, as well as service charges. You will also be the key link between finance and the operations team meaning you will be liaising with key stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure these two departments are working together as efficiently as possible. This role will suit a candidate who has experience managing transactional finance staff and is very much focused on being a people manager, previous experience working in a property company would be highly advantageous to your application. The salary on offer is paying up to £40,000 dependant on experience with an attractive benefits package that includes flexibility on working hours and a generous holiday entitlement.
