We are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant on behalf of a small and happy school in Sale, Trafford. The school provides a strong and caring ethos and provides an engaging and exciting curriculum that aims to develop each child to reach their potential.The school was recently rated as outsanding by OFSTED and has many strengths. The school is a happy and friendly place and has excellent attendance and good behaviour. Teaching is deemed outstanding and children make good progress in their learning to reach standards that are above average across KS1 & KS2.The school is based in Sale, Trafford and is accessible via car, metrolink and bus.About the roleThis primary school is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work within both their KS1 & KS2 departments. The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management, experience of working with children with Autism and a good knowledge of the National Curriculum. You must be a committed practitioner who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role.The role itself will involve supporting a child within the schools Year 3 and Year 6 classes who have Autism.
