Account Manager, Customer Retentions Team £19 -- £23k (Experience dependent) £35k OTEOffice based / Onsite parking, Gym & Bar / Work from home after 6 monthThe company:My client is a Sale based multi million-pound company that offer essential services and have been since 1998. They offer a wider range of services that vary from Landline services to electricity & water! They have a strong portfolio of brands and employover 900 people in offices throughout the UK. In 2018 the company turned 20 years old and coincidently within that same year they had reached the 300,000 mark of services provided.The Role:Sales Account Managers will work on the outbound team for the first 6 month, they will make outbound calls to existing customers to retain and renew products and service contracts. The role is fast paced and as of making outbound calls a successful accountmanager will complete all the necessary reports, system and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner.
