Job Description

We currently have an exciting new position available for an experienced administrator to join our team and manage the administration and coordination of the maintenance team. We are rapidly growing due to our continued success in the property sector and we are aiming to grow the team by 50 new employees for the end of 2021, so its a really great time to join the business and make the role your own.The role:

  • Working as part of the maintenance team in scheduling activities.
  • Co-ordniating the maintenance jobs from Eworks and Fixflo and scheduling it for the wider team.
  • Responding to enquiries and working with the team to resolve maintenance issues through to completion.
  • Using the maintenance repair reporting system to monitor repairs.
  • Filing paper/digital certificates and other maintenance documentation.
  • Liaising with external providers where necessary.
  • The person:
  • Excellent administration skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of planning maintenance work & sub-contractors would be advantageous
  • The ability to prioritise activities, manage several tasks concurrently and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail in order to present work to high standard.
  • Works well using own initiative and able to demonstrate problem solving ability.
