MBA are exclusively recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to work for a Global Insurance Company. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. The content of the position will be within the dynamic retail insurance markets where marketing and communication is pivotal to retain and attract new business and where the greatest opportunity exists dueto vast customer bases and gaps in digital campaigns.We are looking for an ambitious, innovative and enthusiastic digital market executive as there will be a career succession plan put into place. This is a key role within the team and we will need an individual that also enjoys communicating with colleaguesand stakeholders. Work is based on a hybrid model from home and office. Some travel to offices around the UK will be required from time to time.Responsibilities:* Automated email marketing and SMS campaigns to customers, prospects, and brokers - create and A/B test copy, creative and subject lines to maximise returns of this activity and meet set KPIs.* Manage affiliate marketing activity - set cashback levels, monitor and improve key metrics along the customer journey, in depth reporting on performance and ROI.* Creation, control, and measurement of customer/broker surveys to provide valuable insight to stay relevant and understand customer/broker needs and wants.* Cross-sell appropriate products to existing customers and broker base via email marketing, SMS, and customer/broker portal.* Recommend a friend schemes - test and trial incentives, promote on several customer touch points, report on performance and ROI.* Collaborate with external agencies to run paid social campaigns focussed on lead generation, targeting relevant audiences and retargeting visitors to come back to key product landing pages.* Creation of landing pages and lead magnets (incentives), optimising user experience to enhance customer journey from digital channels.* Creation of digital artwork including GIFs for promotional use in email templates, social media ads and email signatures.* Centrally manage sign off process with FinProms, keeping a log of activity across all channels to ensure content is compliant.* Implement robust process for customer reviews across all digital platforms to control reputation management and improve social proof* Market research and qualification of digital marketing opportunities.* Website content population, link changes and other edits where required.* Input into Monthly Marketing Report - assessing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).* Knowledge of the processes and procedures for other marketing channels to provide support where required.Requirements:* Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field is an advantage, but not essential.* A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing background.* In-depth knowledge of various email marketing and social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.* Team player with the ability to work alone or collaborate effectively with others.* Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask, manage and meet tight deadlines.* Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to work for one of the best companies in the world!
