Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Manchester, Sale, M33 - £21,000 OTE £26,000 - Mon Fri 9:00-5:30 (work from home 2 days per week!)INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE START, NEW OFFICES IN SALE MANCHESTER!Due to huge investment we are expanding our Customer Service team and are on the lookout for ambitious outgoing people to join us for the ride! This is an opportunity to join a thriving insurance business based in Sale Manchester and the chance to progressyour career rapidly!The package & benefits for Customer Service Advisor:

  • A basic salary of up to £21,000
  • A bonus scheme with average commission of £400 per month!

In this role youll be handling inbound calls and will be responsible for wowing our customers ensuring all their needs are met and also retaining their custom if they are looking to cancel their services. We pride ourselves on our fresh thinking straighttalking approach and have an "anti-corporate" outlook on working so you can expect a relaxed environment and lots of fun in the office!Experience wise, we need:
  • Experience of working in a customer service role - hospitality and retail included!
  • People with energy and a positive "can do" attitude
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls and emails and wowing our customers
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality ideally based in the Sale Manchester area
